In It for the Long Haul: Supercharge Your ZEV Transition
This session will discuss long-term benefits of zero-emission vehicle (ZEV) transition. ZEV transformations are complex, but not impossible, when you work and build key partnerships. We'll explore strategies of fleet ZEV transition through planning, public and private partnerships, and policy development. We will emphasize elements of success through the use of pilot programs, small scale rollouts, and other technical demonstrations to engage employees and build agency confidence.
