This workshop will bring together agencies, ESCOs, and utilities to exchange ideas and expertise on the development and implementation of Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPCs) and Utility Energy Service Contracts (UESCs). Attendees will be invited to join in facilitated discussion to share lessons learned, identify current challenges, and brainstorm strategies for executing performance contracts. The discussion will cover a range of topics from contract development best practices to financing and technical implementation.
