In order for the transition to zero-emission vehicles (ZEV) to be effective, not only do vehicles and supporting infrastructure have to be in place, but individuals have to be willing to use them. Session speakers will discuss the challenges associated with ZEV platform acceptance and the best practices to overcome hesitancy and bias. We will discuss real-world case studies and examples that leave attendees with new tools to confront the challenges they are encountering within their own agencies and organizations.
