This Price Schedule supersedes UFGS 00 22 13.00 20 Supplementary Instructions to Offerors. This document is prepared by the Designer of Record or Project Manager, and used by the Contracts Office to prepare the final contract package. Do not include in the project specifications package. This document communicates to the Contractor how the Government wants the pricing information provided and broken out in their contract proposal.
Directions for editing and formatting this document are shown in Red as notes. Do not modify the format of the template (i.e., do not add headers, footers, etc.) as this document is coordinated to upload in the contracting software system. The Contracting Officer will delete the red notes and annotations before uploading into the contract.
Submit this document with each submittal required by the contract.
