The Air Force Sustainability Requirements Scoresheet is the compliance tracking and reporting mechanism for all Air Force projects. Instructions and fillable forms have been integrated into the scoresheet to aide in completion of the form. An updated scoresheet will be submitted at each design phase and when construction is complete.
