Panelists will provide updates on the new Implementing Instructions for Executive Order 13834--Efficient Federal Operations, and Federal progress toward E.O. and statutory goals. Presentations will provide requirements and guidance for: Building Efficiency and Management; Fleet Management; Acquisition; Electronics Stewardship; and Greenhouse Gas Management and Reporting. Also, attendees will learn about the Annual Sustainability Report and Implementation Plan and Energy Data Report. The session will address the OMB Scorecard measures and targets, showing how agencies' performance will be scored.
