PC-Cost

The PC-Cost Module is a software tool used to prepare and submit budget estimates for construction projects. The program permits estimates to be prepared in electronic format compatible with the Army ENG3086 and DD1391 work breakdown structure.

System Requirements	Pentium or Faster PC Computer; 32MB or more RAM; Super VGA or Higher Resolution Video Display Card and Monitor; The equivalent or higher of Windows 2000 Operating System (NOTE: Administrative privileges are required to install the software.); Modem or Internet connection.
