This training session will educate the trainee on the specific activities undertaken during the construction, performance verification, and acceptance steps of an ESPC project. The training will focus on the responsibilities and actions of the owner's representative during these steps of project development.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this course, attendees will be able to:

  • Describe the construction, performance verification, and acceptance steps of an ESPC project;
  • Explain the specific responsibilities of the owner's representative from ESPC project construction through initial performance verification to acceptance;
  • Describe the critical tasks the owner's representative performs to assure the project is acceptance-ready; and
  • Identify the many resources available to help the owner's representative perform their work.
